Lifestyle image of the Chaser Trailer

The AT® Chaser trailer is reminiscent of the classic lines of the military 416  & 101 trailers, but the similarity ends there. The modernized suspension and high quality craftsmanship yields a functional trailer that is “Built for Off-Road” ® travel

The six foot long cargo box provides 46 cubic feet of storage which is slightly less than an SUV with the seats folded down but three times that of a Jeep Wrangler®. So there’s lots of room for all your camping gear, fridge, food and personal gear. When the lid is closed and locked down all, of your equipment stays dry and dust free.

A Baltic Birch Shelf can be fitted to the top of the fender to form a kitchen area. The shelf is large enough used for food preparation and to hold our two burner gas stove.

The tongue of the Chaser provides space for fuel cans, water tank, and nose box. The two 5 gallon / 20 liter fuel cans can extend the range of your trip, and give you peace of mind when traveling for long periods in 4WD. The 19 gallon water tank provides ample drinking water for the average needs of 2 people for 6 days. The nose box can be used for additional storage or for mounting of deep cycle batteries, the solar controllers, power inverters, battery chargers, and marine grade 12 volt outlets.

The roof rack system is compatible with accessories made by major manufacturers. We can customize the rack system to not only support the roof top tent but also to hold bikes, kayaks, surfboards, and a multitude of other equipment. Ask us how.

The 2” receiver tube in the rear bumper will support a bike rack and other light weight accessories.

Awarded "Best of Breed" 2008 by the Overland Journal

"........It was immediately clear Mario had nailed the suspension. Compliance was phenomenal, and he had also added toe-in and camber adjustment to the trailing arms to ensure even better control.

That would be the first of many adventures with Chaser #1, culminating in our 9,000-mile expedition to the Arctic Ocean, where we couldn’t fit a box of playing cards into the remaining space left in the trailer (see Overland Journal, Winter 2007). With nearly 16,000 miles on the chassis
in less than two years,......"

Strap your loads down using the tie downs and tie down taps within the load box to stop the load from shifting during travel.
