Martyn is one of the owners of Adventure Trailers. He is a Petroleum Geologist by training, but for the past 25 years he was a Professional Ski Instructor, and ski bum.

Martyn has traveled extensively through Africa, Europe, North and Central America, and the Middle East both for work and pleasure.

The concept of an all terrain trailer came to him as he reached middle age and he found sleeping on the ground less than comfortable.

Martyn lives in Truckee, California, close to Lake Tahoe, with his wife and daughter.
